He worked as a visiting researcher in the Netherlands in the 1997-98 academic year and in England in 2001. Eyüpgiller, a specialist in single building restoration (architectural conservation) and urban conservation, has published 5 books and nearly 100 national and international articles and papers. Prof. Eyüpgiller has been serving as \"Dean\" at I.U. She also received her master's degree from the Institute of Science and Technology, Restoration program, at the same university (2012). She prepared her thesis on 'Poyraz Castle' under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Kutgün Eyüpgiller.
