Within the scope of these events, an International Ottoman Architectural Culture symposium was organized on October 23-24, 2014, at the Taşkışla campus of the Engineering School (today ITU), from which Ekrem Hakkı Bey graduated in 1920, with the support of the Kubbealtı Academy Culture and Art Foundation and Istanbul Technical University. In this symposium, the past and present of Ottoman architectural history studies, along with various aspects and topics of Ottoman architecture, were discussed through twenty-two presentations.
