Prof. Dr. Genco Berkin is an architect, author, and educator who teaches architecture and interior architecture at various universities and makes valuable contributions to the architecture and interior design community through his research and development efforts, as well as his books. He became an associate professor in 2015 and a full professor in 2020 at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University, Faculty of Architecture and Design. Genco Berkin is also an educator who has conducted research on "ecological glass in architecture" and developed ideas on "improving project-design courses." The books written by Berkin include studies that examine materials used in architecture and interior architecture, focus on detailed solutions, and aim to combine ergonomics and technology in furniture designs.
