With this clarification text, Yapımevi Yayıncılık İletişim Limited Şirketi aims to inform you about the measures taken, processes, and your rights regarding the processing and protection of your personal data, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and relevant legislation.

In this context, your personal data is processed by taking all technical and administrative measures, within the framework of the limits stipulated by all legislation related to personal data protection, especially the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, international agreements to which our country is a party, and the KVKK, and in accordance with the principles set forth in Article 4 of the KVKK, for the purposes of enabling relevant individuals to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, ensuring the technical, commercial, and legal job security of our customers, suppliers, and other individuals and institutions with whom we have business relationships, customizing and recommending our company's products and services to individuals based on their preferences, habits, and needs, and for other personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

The information that visitors/users of our company's website may share and that may be processed by our company during this use/access includes, but is not limited to: 1. Information to be shared via the Contact Form (Name – Surname, E-mail address, CV), 2. Request/complaint information and the subject of the message to be shared in the message content, 3. Data collected by the websites from which services are received (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Pixel) and shared with our company through the use of cookies.

Although our company does not directly carry out a data processing process using cookies through our website, it may perform data collection through the use of cookies via the websites from which we receive services.

Provides information about the number of users/visitors, their demographic characteristics (country, city, gender, interests, age range, etc.), the device they use, system information, IP address, and which pages users/visitors use on our website. • To lawyers, auditors, tax consultants, and other third parties from whom we receive consultancy and services; to carry out our business processes in accordance with the law and our legitimate interests, to exercise our right of defense in a potential judicial process,
• To your authorized proxies and representatives; to fulfill our legal obligations,
• To regulatory and supervisory institutions, and other official institutions such as courts and enforcement offices, and other public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data; to fulfill our legal obligations,
• To our business partners and performance assistants from whom we receive services, for the purposes of improving our services and developing infrastructure and security processes, may be transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Regarding your personal data;

b. To request information if personal data has been processed,
c. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
d. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
e. To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
g. To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to paragraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
h. To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
i. To request compensation for damages if personal data is processed unlawfully.
You can submit your requests within the scope of your stated rights to us in writing, or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or using your e-mail address previously notified to us and registered in our system, if any.

Your application will be answered in accordance with the relevant provisions stipulated in the KVKK, and some verifying information may be requested from you to confirm that the applicant is the relevant person; this information will only be requested for the purpose of identifying the identity of the relevant person and sharing the application results with the correct person.
