For 50 years, YEM Kitabevi has been the MOST UNIQUE BRAND providing effective communication services through interviews, conferences, and panels, in addition to offering hundreds of books and journals to its readers, with the aim of making lasting contributions to Turkey's architecture, design, and construction world; supporting professional development; and providing a widespread information sharing environment on intellectual, artistic, and technical subjects.

For many years, YEM Kitabevi has been the main meeting point for readers, not only for YEM Yayın, the distinguished, well-established, and reliable publisher of architecture and design in our country, but also for books from important publishing houses such as Arketon, Stoneline, Ninova, Mimarlık Vakfı, Literatür, Alfa, Sel, Metis, İş Bankası, etc.

We want to share all this knowledge, experience, and the special opportunities we offer with cities, universities, architects, students, and academics across the country, with you. For this purpose, we are looking for STUDENT REPRESENTATIVES from all universities across Turkey.

  • We want to eliminate the distance between books and readers, especially during the pandemic. Because we have strong ties with your architect and designer elders and professors who came before you. But with you and your friends, we haven't been able to meet face-to-face, first because of the pandemic, then the earthquake. We haven't had the chance to meet until now!
  • We believe that sharing samples of architecture and design books, whose physical features like design, paper, color, and binding are as important as their content, with you; and examining them by seeing and touching them, will help you make the right choices.

  • Our authors are also respected architects, designers, and academics of our country. We would like these valuable experts to share their knowledge and experience with you in conferences and panels that we will organize at your school. We want to plan and organize these events with you.

  • We ask you to TELL US, CRITICIZE, AND MAKE SUGGESTIONS about our shortcomings, mistakes, or how to develop more useful content that we may not even be aware of, regarding your school and your education. So that we can produce the most current and correct together.
