Two Architects in 100 Years/Sedad Hakkı Eldem-M.Emin Onat

The fact that two great architects of the Turkish Republican Era, Halid Emin Onat and Sedad Hakkı Eldem, who both laid the theoretical foundation of architecture and served as role models for future generations with their educator identities and designed structures, were born around the same time, makes the 100th-anniversary events even more meaningful. The commemoration of both architects, who left significant marks in our Republican history, by the schools of architecture they shaped, through various events, provided an opportunity for the Chamber of Architects to create a program that unites all these activities.
