We organized Saturday Gatherings to enable architects to share their experiences. In this context, we aimed to make these shared experiences permanent by filming the gatherings and publishing each presentation, in addition to a small exhibition accompanying the conferences. The publication you hold, presented as part of a new series, is a product of this effort.
We invited twelve of our colleagues to the conference series in one year. Our conference series, which began with Cengiz Bektaş in 2009, filled a void by bringing together architects from different generations. We happily observed that the gatherings provided an environment for the transfer of experience and the sharing of diverse experiences.
