Expressionism

In Expressionism, the mutual struggle between the soul and the machine to take hold of humanity is also valuable. For an Expressionist, Impressionism means humanity's estrangement from the soul. The person of the bourgeois era is nothing more than an ear. They listen to the world but utter not a single word. The Expressionist, however, has broken the lock on humanity's mouth. Humans once again try to respond to the inner need of the soul.
