The book you hold, which we believe will adequately introduce Josef Stübben, brings together Chapter 3 titled “General Plan” from his 750-page work Der Städtebau, and the report the author submitted to the “Town Planning Conference” organized internationally by the Royal Institute of British Architects in London in 1910.
