A technical staff member who knows how to prepare payment appropriations also excels at reading projects, understanding the dimensions of structural elements, and manufacturing definitions.

The expanded second edition of this book explains the principles of preparing payment appropriations in a guiding and easily understandable manner for everyone. The book has been enriched with practical information, three-dimensional drawings with quantity surveys, and payment appropriations, and errors made on-site are explained as much as possible with definitions and drawings.

With this book, which presents examples of payment appropriation preparation for turnkey lump sum contracts and unit price contracts, we have attempted to fill a gap in this field in our country.
