The purpose of preparing this book is to raise awareness about the prevalence of contract-related problems and the losses caused by them, and to contribute, even if only slightly, to addressing the lack of information on the subject. Furthermore, there is unfortunately a scarcity of Turkish resources that deal with this subject comprehensively and from various perspectives in our country. It is hoped that the book will also contribute to filling this gap in resources.
