This expanded 4th edition of our book explains the principles of Quantity Surveying, Payment Certificate Preparation, and Price Difference Calculation with examples, in a guiding and easily understandable manner. Practical information is included, and the book has been enriched with three-dimensional drawings and updated to be application-oriented.

In our country, construction materials have definitions and standards for their market prices. However, there is not enough definition for construction manufacturing in our country. The tolerance of standardized materials is known. But there is no tolerance for manufacturing processes carried out with standardized materials.

The book has been prepared with a practical application focus. Errors made on construction sites are explained as much as possible with definitions and drawings.

The following information is superficially taught in our schools. However, our colleagues who are new to the profession encounter various problems. A tender will be held, an approximate cost, quantity survey, price difference, new unit price, and payment certificate will be prepared, and a project will be read. Manufacturing processes will be defined. This book aims to fill this gap in our country.
