• The Encyclopedic Dictionary, the first book ever prepared in the field of urban planning in Turkey, where urban planning education has been provided for more than half a century, is the product of a comprehensive study on spatial planning, which was carried out with the participation of 92 academicians and experts from all planning departments in our country and has a very wide range of interests.
• With this study, it was aimed to go one step beyond the dictionary studies published in the field of urban planning and to fill a gap between encyclopedia and dictionary in terms of scope.
