Traces of Architecture - A Tribute to Sema Soygeniş and Murat Soygeniş

The book titled "Architectural Traces," edited by Dr. Eda Erkan and prepared as a tribute to Prof. Dr. Sema Soygeniş and Prof. Dr. Murat Soygeniş, has been published by YEM Yayın.

Similar to the professional journey of the Soygenişes, the book consists of academic research, story essays, sketches, and projects, where the convergence of academia and architectural practice, and architectural traces, can be followed.

Colleagues, friends, and students of Sema and Murat Soygeniş contributed to the book with scientific research, story essays related to architecture and space, sketches, and projects in line with their own interests. These works were collected in two sections titled "Written Works" and "Drawn Works."

Contributors to "Drawn Works" include Cihan Sinan Bostancı with "Arma Residence Project," Aras Burak and Gözde Kızılkan with "Bursa Atatürk Sports Hall Architectural Project Competition," Alper Gökhan Erdem with "Troy Museum Architectural Project Competition," Çiğdem Demirhan Göğüş with "KK House Project," Zümer Özbek with "Modular Housing Project," Bora Soykut with "Bechar Olympic Sports Complex Project," and Cüneyt Timurçin with "An Office Building Project."

The third and final section of the book features detailed curricula vitae of Sema and Murat Soygeniş, outlining their work in academia and architectural practice.
