Müşfik Erem - Portraits from the History of the Chamber of Architects

We deemed it appropriate to address and examine Müşfik Erem's three different facets, touching upon them but treating them separately. First, we attempted to evaluate his work in his professional organization as a Chamber of Architects executive and to convey his accomplishments in this regard. We learn about Erem's experiences during the different phases of his political life through the writings of his companions during this period. We also tried to reflect what can be said about his architectural performance throughout his long life and to portray Müşfik Erem in his professional life. We also included in this book the documents of the memorial tomb competition organized by his friends after the passing of both him and his wife.
